A table minimum appears on this site only if the casino prints it on its own page. Every one carries the date it was checked, and none is a budget: that is set before leaving home.
Where the figures come from
Low Limits is written and signed by the Minimums Desk, a collective name for this guide rather than a person. Its sources for minimums and hours are the casinos' own pages and Woodbine's Mohawk pages. For age rules, online play and help services, the guide uses OLG, iGaming Ontario, the AGCO, ConnexOntario and PlaySmart.
Each published minimum and each set of table hours is checked on the casino's own page. The Minimums Desk records the exact wording and the date of the check. Where a casino prints no minimum, no amount is shown. The figures now on the site were checked on October 7 and 8, 2026. A minimum is a table rule, not a budget, and the budget is set before leaving home.
Rules the guide follows
Where a casino publishes no minimum, the site writes 'not published' and shows no amount. Right after its low limit room games, the Toronto venue page prints an hours block. It reads Thursday and Friday 8 PM to 4 AM, Saturday noon to 4 AM, Sunday noon to 8 PM. The page does not say which tables those hours cover, so the site marks them as unclear.
Minimums change more often than hours. A minimum more than 30 days old is rechecked before the site shows it again. The operator's Elements table-games page says minimums are based on business needs and game demand for that day. Opening and closing times can change as well.
Distances are straight lines between the casinos' coordinates, not driving distances. Holiday hours are not given anywhere on the site, so they should be checked on each venue's own site. A low minimum is still not a budget.
Reading the week chart
The week chart gives each published minimum its own rail, in Ontario time. A solid line means the casino publishes both a start and an end. An open end means only the start is published. The $5 minimum tables at Elements Casino Mohawk show this: they open at 6 PM Thursday to Saturday and at 2 PM on Sunday. No closing time is published for them.
A dotted line marks hours whose scope is unclear. Toronto's $15 minimum games on level 2 sit on a dotted rail. The hours printed after them do not say which tables they cover. Minimums change more often than hours, so each rail shows what was printed, not a promise.
